How To Apply

1. Download Application Form
2. Please read the instructions and proceed carefully before you start filling the Application Form.
3. Candidates are advised to attach a recent passport size photograph.
4. Session should be filled by the candidates while filling up the form as follows:
   
   1. For 3 Years course like BBA: 2018-20212.2.
   2. For 1 Year diploma course: 2018-2019
5. 5. Candidate can make his/her Payment by a DEMAND DRAFT(DD) OF RS. 500/- IN FAVOUR OF “Gateway Institute of Hotel Management, PAYABLE AT GUWAHATI.”
6. Candidate must send the DEMAND DRAFT along with the APPLICATION FORM, self-attested photocopies of MARKSHEETS and CERTIFICATES, 2 passport size photographs TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS:
